The management team at Solutiioneyes has reputed names like Mr. S Balan and Mr. Punit Balan, who have striven hard to make the company a success since its inception.

S. Balan – Chairman
Mr. Balan is a member of the Board of Directors of the S.Balan Group of companies since 1987. He is in the Building and Construction Industry for the last 18 years and he has been instrumental in the completion of infrastructure projects of over 25,00,000 sq ft. Under his able guidance and support, Solutiioneyes is growing stronger each day. He believes that in order to attract world class clients, we must provide world class facilities and hence we have tapped the pool of talented young people whose skills and brain power are today the envy of Western countries.

Punit Balaann – Managing Director
Punit has a great degree of hands-on- experience of the ITES industry. He is well conversant with the latest technologies prevailing in the industry and has a far reaching vision for the company. Punit currently is responsible for client interaction and ITES business development.  It is his vision to equip the society for a productive future, by reinforcing their self esteem in ways that bring some joy and love into their lives.
