S. Balan – Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Balan is a member and in the Board of Directors of the S.Balan Group of companies since 1987. He is in the Building and Construction Industry for the last 18 years and he has been instrumental in the completion of infrastructure projects of over 2500000 sq ft. Under his able guidance and support, Solutiioneyes is growing stronger each day.

Sandhya Pande – Director & Sr. Vice President

Sandhya is a post graduate mechanical engineer with masters in Business Management, having 15 years of experience working with multinational companies like General Motors-USA and Satyam Computers at top management levels. She has wide exposure to international automotive business and has been a consultant to automotive companies like Ford, Toyota, Mazda and Nissan before moving to General Motors. During her last assignment with General motors, Sandhya was instrumental in successful setting up the engineering and technological centre at Bangalore, India. Sandhya is currently responsible for the complete delivery and operations at Solutiioneyes.

Punit Balaann – Director & Vice President

Punit has hands on experience of the BPO industry – Voice and Non-voice for last 3 years. He is well conversant with the latest technologies prevailing in the industry and has a far reaching vision for the company. Punit currently is responsible for client interaction and Call Center business development.
